ASTERUS, the developer of the business park (part of the comprehensive development initiative at the former Tushino airfield), has selected a general contractor. This honor goes to Renaissance Construction, an international construction company.
The general contractor selection was based on a tender involving the largest Russian and international companies, both those that are actively working on projects in Russia and those that are planning to expand into the Russian market. There were several main vetting criteria: construction deadlines, service cost, production culture, and operation quality.
