The ÁLIA residential estate, currently under development by ASTERUS, has won in the Best Architectural and Urban Planning Concept of a Residential Complex nomination at RREF AWARDS 2020.
RREF AWARDS is an annual residential real estate award that honors the best development projects in Moscow, New Moscow, Moscow Region, and other parts of Russia. Companies and individuals alike receive the award for the year’s professional achievements. There were more than 400 applications submitted in 2020 from 20 cities across Russia. The winner selection was based on buyer votes and the expert judges’ choice. The award ceremony took place on October 2 at the Gostiny Dvor amphitheater.
The ÁLIA residential estate is part of a large-scale initiative to comprehensively transform the former Tushino airfield. Plans for this project include building various business and residential facilities and adding social and sports infrastructure, parks and garden squares, and embankment improvements in a 65-hectare area. The project follows the WORK. LIVE. PLAY. LEARN urban planning concept and the HUMAN SCALE approach.
