Business facilities

The ambitious initiative to comprehensively develop 65 hectares in Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo, Moscow, includes Russia’s largest A class business park.

This project by ASTERUS has two phases. The first phase includes business park, with a total size of 263.2 thousand sq. m, singled out by International Property Awards as the Best International Office Development 2020.

The architectural aspect of the business park is the creation of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), an international design firm, while Renaissance Construction is the project’s general contractor.

The park’s unique architectural landmarks include 13 modern office buildings in a car-free pedestrian campus, forming a holistic environment with a high level of user services, scaled to human needs.

The complex is dominated by a 21-floor tower with panoramic glazing and stunning vistas over the Moskva River that open from three sides. The tower is adjacent to the Expocenter, 3.8 thousand sq. m in size. Its intended purpose is to host international-level exhibitions and business events.

Aside from the well-developed infrastructure—such as underground parking with convenient entrances from the roads beyond the complex, and commercial spaces for cafés, restaurants, shops, and service facilities—the campus has well-thought-out landscaped features, including pedestrian promenades, “green” meeting rooms, verandas for restaurants, and a central square in front of the Expocenter, with vegetation and an artificial body of water. All of this makes for beautiful, timeless architectural design and creates a business district that meets all of the current challenges for A class office properties.

The buildings and campus of the high-tech business park were created with the help of leading Russian and foreign design and construction companies and meet all the current principles of sustainable development. The design and construction of the business park relied on BIM technology. The complex is certified under the BREEAM eco standard (Excellent grade).
